Export or erase a guest’s data

Steps

1. Open Guests and find the guest.
2. On the guest’s page, choose “Download data (JSON)” or “Print data”, and send them the file or the printout.
3. To erase it, choose Erase personal data. Their name, contact and ID details are removed; bills and payments stay for your accounts.
4. Under Settings, then Privacy, choose how long guest data is kept after a stay; older data is erased automatically.
