Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get Pro, with every feature, for 30 days. We do not ask for a card. Before it ends we remind you by email, and you choose a plan when you are ready.
What if I do not choose a plan?
With 3 rooms or fewer you move to Free. Otherwise the desk stays readable for 14 days so you can decide or export your data; nothing is charged.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, in Settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, always and on every plan, for free: bookings, guests, payments and reports as CSV or Excel.
Who charges the card fees for online payments?
Your payment company (Stripe) charges its own fee on the payments your guests make. Innlark takes no commission on top.
Are taxes included in your price?
Prices are shown without tax. If VAT or another tax applies to your subscription, it is shown as a separate line on your Innlark invoice.
Why are prices different in some countries?
In a few countries we bill in the local currency at local prices. Everywhere else you pay in US dollars by card.
What counts as a room?
Every unit you sell separately: a room, a cottage, an apartment or a dorm bed you manage as a room.
