Create rate plans and seasons

Steps

1. Open Settings, then Rates and extras.
2. Add a rate plan, give it a name guests understand, and choose its cancellation policy and deposit.
3. Add seasons and special dates with their own prices, and a weekend price if you charge more on your weekend nights.
4. Set a minimum stay or close arrivals on dates when you need to.
5. Check the 12-week preview to see what guests will pay, then save.

Extras such as breakfast or an airport pickup, and promo codes, are on the same screen.
