Steps
- Check your room types, rooms and rate plans first: the channel manager is built from them, and the prices it sends are the ones your booking page shows.
- Open Settings, then Booking sites, and press Connect under Channel manager. Innlark creates your property, room types and rate plans there and sends the next 500 days of free rooms and prices.
- Press Connect booking sites. On the screen that opens, choose a site, sign in with your account on that site, and link each of its rooms and rates to yours.
- Remove the calendar links (iCal) for every site you connected this way, or a booking can arrive twice.
- Make a test booking on the site if it allows one, or watch for the next real one: it appears on the Calendar in the site’s colour with the guest’s name and the site’s booking code.
If a booking from a site arrives when no room of that type is free, Innlark keeps it and shows it as a double booking on Today, so you can move a guest. After you add a room type or rate plan, press “Update room types and rate plans” and link it on the site as well.
