Questions owners ask
Do I need to install anything?
No. Innlark runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. If you prefer, you can also run it on your own server.
Does it work with Booking.com, Agoda and Airbnb?
Yes. On Pro, the two-way channel manager sends your free rooms, prices and restrictions to Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb and many other sites within seconds of a change, and their bookings arrive on your calendar with the guest’s details. On every plan you can also use calendar links, which only carry dates and are read on each site’s own schedule.
Can my staff use it in their own language while I read it in English?
Yes. Every login has its own language, and the guest pages and emails go out in the guest’s language.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose a plan. With 3 rooms or fewer you can stay on Free. Nothing is deleted when the trial ends; the desk stays readable for 14 days while you decide.
Can I take card payments online?
On Pro, guests can pay a deposit or the full amount on your booking page through Stripe, using your own account. The payment company’s fee is between you and them; Innlark adds nothing.
